Rob is ready for the summer! He has just competed in his first beach wrestling competition in five years, earning bronze at the Meijer State Games of Michigan tournament. "The whole weekend was fun," said Clooney. "I've been working with one student, who also earned a bronze medal in her very first wrestling tournament." The event was held on the sandy shores of Grand Haven. Rob had considered a few other beach wrestling competitions, but he has decided to anticipate a few competitions next summer.
Rob will return to the ring on August 31st for an MPWA TV taping, for the Collision X show. (Take a peek at the Rob Clooney commercial, located on this page). Collision X is now streaming through MISE TV. MISE TV is a free channel through Roku, and it offers various Michigan-based sports and entertainment broadcasts, along with some classic movies. Rob is tinkering with a few manuscripts over the summer. However, none of these current projects are planned to be released during 2024.
